Students in grades 7-9 may participate in the Youth Bible Drill.  Cycle  One will be used in 2009.  Contact the Church Growth Ministries office.

Students in grades 10-12 may participate in the Youth Speakers Tournament.

The scoring for the Youth Bible Drill is as follows:

  • Students will be asked 25 questions, 5 each in Bible Answer, Doctrine, Identify the Verse, Bible Book, and Scripture Search sections of the drill.

  • Correct answers in the Bible Answer and the Doctrine sections are worth 5 points each.  This makes these two sections worth 50% of the points available!

  • Correct answers in the Identify the Verse section are worth 4 points each.

  • Correct answers in the Bible Book and the Scripture Search sections are worth 3 points each.

  • Students must score a minimum of 180 points to qualify both for the associational and the state drill.
