Participants in the Youth Speakers Tournament must be in grades 10, 11, or 12. They must have presented their speech to their church and qualify for the State Tournament based on their Associational Tournament scores.
A student's speech must be between 4-6 minutes in length. Participants must turn in a manuscript to the judges. Cards may be used, but youth will receive a small deduction from their score. Students will be scored based on content (50%) and delivery (50%).
